Supacleen measures and monitors its performance at every level. We operate a computerised system called Maximiser to complete all our cleaning inspections.
This system will be used by our Area Supervisor and Managers to record the standard of cleaning weekly. The report will be submitted to the Operations Manager, who will monitor the performance and take any necessary action. Every three months the Quality Control Manager will carry out a quality inspection and record the results. The operations manager will liase with the client as necessary by telephone, e-mail or site visits. The comments and “next actions” will be recorded and scheduled on the Supacleen computerised database. The performance will be measured and reviewed with quarterly client review meetings.

Supacleen monitor all it's employees time and attendance. We operate the Staff Check System for employees to clock in and out. This is monitored daily by our quality control manager to ensure staff are staying on site the correct length of time.

a-Log Quality Control System
a-Log offers a simple and inexpensive solution to prove that we are providing a consistent and reliable service by electronic logging of the time spent by employees at a specific location in their place of work such as Toilets and Kitchens.
Each location is allocated an ‘Identifier’, an unobtrusive, maintenance-free stainless steel button attached to any suitable point within a room or even to or within a documentation folder held on-site.
Each staff member is issued with a small handheld unit and they simply touch the Identifier with this on entry and again on departure from the location.
When convenient, the handheld is uploaded by connecting it to a PC using the cable supplied as part of the package. The software enables supervisors to produce detailed reports for each employee and location showing time and duration of attendance and proving that the levels of service required are being satisfied.
